Over the years, we have had many requests for replacement parts for
the various Gloggles™ we sell.
These glasses are very popular and have a very loyal group of riders. When one of these glasses fail, many of our customers contact us asking for parts. We guarantee against a manufacturer defect, but what can and does happen is, that over a period of time and usage, one of the parts (bows, frame, and lens) fail due to misuse or just a lot of use. These frames are made of
polycarbonate and very tough, but they are not flexible, so if they have been stretched over a wide head, or pushed up onto the top of a head or worn over a bandana or other variations of inadvertent misuse, they will eventually fail and sorry to say, are not covered under the warranty.
