your sunglasses UV rated?
YES!!! All of our sunglasses
and goggles are UV rated with the highest protection -- UV400. The
UV rays our glasses are designed to protect you from are both UVA and UVB.
These rays are around us during daylight hours, even on a cloudy day. UVC
rays are blocked by our atmosphere. If they weren't blocked, they would
kill us.
Are
any of your sunglasses or goggles polycarbonate or
shatter-proof?
All
of our Gloggle™
and Poly-Tuff™
sunglasses and Poly-Tuff™
goggles are
equipped with polycarbonate lenses. Some of them even have polycarbonate
frames.
Do
any of your glasses come with a warranty?
Yes,
they do. We call it our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
What
does the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee include?
We
don't want anyone to suffer from a manufacture defect. If there is ever a
problem with your Gloggle™ sunglasses, Poly-Tuff™ sunglasses with TR-90
frames, Blare™ Polarized sunglasses, or Poly-Tuff™ Goggles we want to know
about it. You may contact us by
email or phone to make arrangements. We may ask you to fill out a Warranty
Claim Form and send the completed form to us along with your glasses and a
shipping and handling charge. We
do not guarantee against abuse, normal wear, or scratches. See FAQ

Does
it cost anything for the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee?
The
initial cost is for shipping and handling when you send your glasses to
us. After that, the cost of replacement will be determined by what is
wrong with the glass and what you are looking to have replaced.
What
information do I need to send when I return my glasses?
The
only thing you need to start the process is to 1.) print the Warranty
Claim Form, 2.) fill it out, and 3.) sent the completed form to us
along with your glasses. Then we will contact you. That's it!!
How
long is the warranty good for?
We
would ask you to not expect anymore life than would be consistent with conventional
use. For example, normal wear and tear would not be considered
a manufacture defect, although, you might want to take advantage of our Loyalty
Discount.
Does
it cost anything to replace my sunglasses or goggles if I scratch or damage
them?
We
offer a Loyalty Discount to all of our customers which consists of
a 30% discount plus shipping and handling for any replacement. Simply
contact us by email or
phone to make arrangements. [Note:
In the summer months, it is wise to email us and phone us just in
case we are on the road traveling to shows and such.]
Will
these glasses make me look good?
Yes,
and there's nothing wrong with looking good.
